Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CADConvert, the online PDF-to-CAD conversion service at lilbadash.com/cad-convert. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

CADConvert performs automated conversion of vector PDF drawings into CAD file formats (currently DXF). Conversions run on our servers; you download the result from your account. Features, formats, and pricing may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

3. Credits, subscriptions & payments

Conversions are paid for with credits (one credit per successful conversion) or an active subscription. Purchases are processed by Stripe.
Failed conversions are not charged. If a conversion produces no usable output (for example, a scanned/image-only PDF or an unreadable file), the credit is automatically returned to your account.
Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable.
Satisfaction guarantee: if a conversion doesn't open correctly, email lilbadashsupport@gmail.com and we will re-convert the file or refund the conversion.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Prices may change with notice posted on the site.

4. Acceptable use

Only upload files you own or have the right to process.
No unlawful content, malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.
No reselling or white-labeling of the service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your files

You retain all rights to the files you upload and to the converted output. You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the service. Uploaded PDFs are deleted from our servers when the conversion completes; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Conversion accuracy — important

Converted output is provided for design-intent and reference purposes. Automated PDF-to-CAD conversion is inherently imperfect: geometry, scale, line work, and text may differ from the source document. You are responsible for verifying all dimensions, geometry, and content before using any converted file for professional, construction, permitting, fabrication, or engineering purposes. CADConvert output is not a substitute for review by a licensed design professional.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Unused credits on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited; otherwise, contact support and we will work out a fair resolution.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
